Quality Assurance

Our management approach to monitoring and maximizing quality focuses on using Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA) disciplines from our large business team partners who are ISO 9001 and CMMI certified up to Level 3. We maintain clear, ongoing communication and “24/7” access to deliverables under development. Our processes standardize around a framework that promotes accountability throughout system design and development phases.

Communication through team collaboration, peer review, and formal and informal meetings provide frequent opportunities to monitor progress. Milestones defined in our centralized project management system offer incremental targets against which status and quality can be measured. Scheduled and unscheduled reviews of work samples throughout the development process identify potential problems and enable remediation. Since team partners receive consistent performance feedback, they have an accurate view of what must be accomplished and what must be improved. All product development is monitored using our source control system, and our corporate portal controls the collaborative environment while enabling coordination with customer standard operating procedures.
